An unknown mark on the lantern may be an artist signature rather than a factory mark. The first two characters are read Oguri, a fairly common last name. The third can been read Sen/I/Utsuru, while the fourth means "made by."
This is a Satsuma style pottery toro (lantern) with a hexagonal base in three pieces. The front of the lantern is decorated with figures and flowers, the cover with Tokugawa mon (crest).
