DESCRIPTION

This collage depicts a female coyote, named Rose, dressed as a ballerina on a stage. Rose is wearing blue eye shadow, pink blush, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, a white tutu and a matching white headpiece. There are two pieces of black fabric on a blue painted background. Four painted, cut out, and glued candles occupy the bottom of the work. This is Rose, Coyote's girlfriend and life-partner-in-crime. Coyote was Fonseca's alter ego and the oft-repeated iconic character of his career.
