This is a carved wooden mask represinting a fox. There are ovoid holes for the eyes and round holes on the sides near the rim for tying. The nostril and mouth holes do not go all the way through. There is a groove at the rim and the remains of the fastenings. There used to be eye brows of some sort which are now worn away.
