This is a pipe bag or pouch for red willow tobacco. The object is long and narrow, made from tanned buckskin with a leather carrying loop. There is extremely long (18 7/8") fringe at the bottom. The lower third is beaded with white background and upright triangels of green and yellow, both edged with red. There are two double cones above on each side; one edge white with two red hourglasses. The rim is white and green with red and yellow bands.
