This is a pipe and tobacco pouch. The bottom is fringed with rawhide, just below a section of dyed quill wrapped strips of rawhide. The colors of the quills are red, white and blue. There is decorative beadwork over lower portion of bag and up the sides and around the rim. Colors of beads are white, blue, gold, rose and yellow. There are leather quill wrapped tassels hanging from the top with tin tassels and dyed red horsehair at the ends.
