This is an arrow with an iron point and three feathers on the opposite end. The iron arrow head and the feathers are secured to the wooden shaft with sinew. There is some very simple decorative zig-zag etching along the side of the shaft. There is some sort of adhesive between the head and the shaft, most likely secured by a museum at some point.
