This is a black velvet cloth headband trimmed with red cloth, possibly silk. The outer edge of the headband is ornamented with white glass beads. There is a row of green and white glass bead diamond patterns below the red cloth border. The black velvet surface is ornamented with pink geometric rosettes alternating with yellow and blue diamond shaped designs with double-curve design at the ends. The back side of the head band is lined with a buff colored cotton cloth.
